We had 50+ guests waiting to get back to their hotel because the limo took 10 times the amount of trips the shuttle would have and the 20-minute round trip was more like 45 minutes. It was embarassing and we were the last to get back to the hotel at 1:30 AM when it should have been 12:30 AM. After the fact, I looked at the BBB and there are 20 filed compliants with this company and they are not an accredited business. We would not recommend this company at all.
