They send out wrong bus as an upgrade (it was much smaller, and guests were cramped); their driver SMOKES while driving with the windows UP; and won't stop when you ask him to, even when passengers need to use the bathroom. On top of that, at the end of the night we started cleaning up the bus (we had brought trash bags and paper towels with) and the driver told us to leave everything and that it is fine in the condition it was in.
