I felt comfortable that we would be taken care of and I asked for our gratuity to be applied to the card for ease of billing. On Saturday 8/08 our first car called ahead and picked us up even before our scheduled time. Jacob, our driver was very professional and friendly. He navigated the streets and traffic to CenturyLink field like a pro. However, after that Amy's Limousine Service took a major turn for the worse. We had scheduled an 11:30 pick up time.
