If only I could give negative stars I would. Called 3 weeks in advance of renting a party bus. Raechel answered & gave me the run around. First she said there was avaibilities for me & told me I needed to rent the bus for a minimum of 6 hours due to the date being on a Saturday (May 4th). I hung up & spoke to my colleagues about it first then I was on their site & saw that they offered round trips & they have VIP packages; getting in to nightclubs & such. Immediately I called her back & before I had to ask she offered a deal to me stating that the party bus can pick us up & drop us off for $650. This doesn't include drinks or entrance to clubs. So I asked about her VIP package. She said she will have to get back to me on it due to the third party she have to deal with. 2 days went by, there was still no response from her. I called her & she said she's still waiting for the promoter to get back to her. She will email me all the info. Couple days passed by still no response. I called her again. & I'm not sure if she's the boss or owner or whatever her position is in the company but its always RAECHEL who answers the phone. Anyways, same thing again she said to me; still waiting......& she will call me back. Never did she. I always had to call her & check up. Then I asked her if I can put down a deposit for the party bus because for sure I wanted it whether we get a VIP package or not. Due to it being wedding season/prom month. I wanted to ensure we will have a ride. But I was told there's no need for a deposit & that I was all set for pick up on that day. Few days gone by; I should give up already, right? Nope, I still had a little faith in her. I decided to call her one last time; by now its been 1 week before my celebration. RAECHEL said she will email me & give me a call back about the VIP package. Same response I've been getting from her. I stop believing. After weeks of waiting, Finally! There was something from her. It wasn't a call or email..but a text from her. For Senior Prom a group of 28 arranged for a 20-28 person Ultra Luxurious Tiffany Party bus. We met up at the J.A. Lewis Park and the driver was on time. We arranged for a $6 tip that everyone had to pay the driver. As we entered the party bus the interior was luxurious. Although it definitely turned out to be on the pricey side ($55 person) it was worth it. It took us to our destination with no problems and was a smooth reason why this review does not get 5 stars is because after paying a higher cost compared to other party buses, we were not provided with drinks or water. That was not an issue to any of us during the ride there but it would have been nice to have that touch in a luxurious party bus.
