The person we spoke to on the phone multiple times just kept saying he had to talk to his boss but then no one ever called back. Finally he said the boss was out of the state, oh no, he means country. What? Is this even a legitimate business? So of course no limo shows up on the big day and we request a refund for the $600 that we had already paid. Multiple phone calls later they still would not process a refund so we contacted our credit card issuer and it was refunded through them.
