Driver stole a pair of $300 Gucci sunglasses and company did nothing about it. We actually handed the glasses to him to hold while we were in a nightclub. He placed them in the front cab where he was the only person to have access to them. So after we partied the night away we forgot he had them. We got dropped off, tipped him VERY well and didn't realize he still had the shades until about an hour later. We immediately called to report it. Driver says he didn't have them. They checked the bus...no shades. Manager checked..no shades. But keep in mind we handed them to him and he put them in the drivers cab. Long story short we will never use them again. We actually rented buses from them for the whole weekend Friday Saturday and Sunday. This happened on Sunday. We have events every year for about 500-600 people and rent buses. Manager seemed to care more about his driver getting a free pair of shades. Night before our driver showed up high off god knows what. Red glassy eyes and slurring. Half the riders took cabs instead.
