After looking at the limos I originally wanted I explained to the employee he knew my friend and would like to see the limo they had been discussing. After looking at the limo I decided I would like the up grade regaurdless the price difference. I explained I didnt have the full deposit because of the up grade and if we can do something over the weekend till I got my paycheck. He said it wasnt a problem and he would call me for the total price and finalize after lunch. I am here on monday and he is not working and never made any note about my visit. I am now rearranging my plans over this companies lack of communication and professionalism. I asumed they would have called to say they couldnt hold it, I would not changed my mind but looked for a way to borrow the money to finalize my reservations. It just made me look at the flaws and knew my Birthday would have been ruined by communication problems I was already having.
