First of all, they did not deliver what was promised. They advertise 2 plasma screen TVs. There were none. We actually called to confirm this point prior to rental and the bus still arrived without the promised TVs. (Which were the main reason we rented from this company.) We complained to the driver, who was understanding, and clearly not at fault. Then they overcharged for the rental.
