She was very accommodating with our schedules and prompt to pick us up when we wanted to move to our next destination. This was Halloween, we were all in elaborate costumes and getting around was a bit of challenge because of holiday foot traffic. Jen handled it all no problem. Reserved a party bus for a bachelor party, paid the deposit and was told that we were reserved 3 hours from 10pm-1am Friday. Friday we call in the am to confirm that they would be at the designated pickup location at 10pm, and we were told everything was good to go. We asked for a number to call the driver and was assured that the driver would call us. It's 10:35pm and we are still waiting.... No one will call us back...
