long store short... our party of 25 people got stranded in Anaheim for over 2 hours passed our pick up time. our bus driver left with our alcohol and other belongings on it and never came back. never answered his cell phone either. and when we did get a hold of people, they all had a different reason why the bus was gone. they did finally send another driver to take us home but by that time we were all cold and mad. we paid for 6hours upfront and they ruined that whole experience for my sister and her now husband, which they will never get to redo that night again. to top it all off Brian didnt even give us back our money or stuff. we all paid for 6 hours and he broke the contracted.
