The company never called and the lady who made the reservation had been charged $500! Now, I personally, have driven limousines for 8 years. The companies for which I worked had cleaning fees of $200-$250 for this type of issue, but we RARELY charged it unless the mess was really bad. I cleaned up these situations several times but only on one or two occasions was it serious enough to charge extra! ' So when I called to discuss this with the owner, he hung up on me. I hope I don't have to take legal action do get this right! Incidentally, this company doesn't put their name on the Pink Hummer. It has no active website. It has several very negative reviews on Yellow Pages. I only found the actual name of the company when I called their number.
