I called her again. & I'm not sure if she's the boss or owner or whatever her position is in the company but its always RAECHEL who answers the phone. Anyways, same thing again she said to me; still waiting......& she will call me back. Never did she. I always had to call her & check up. Then I asked her if I can put down a deposit for the party bus because for sure I wanted it whether we get a VIP package or not. Due to it being wedding season/prom month. I wanted to ensure we will have a ride. But I was told there's no need for a deposit & that I was all set for pick up on that day. Few days gone by; I should give up already, right? Nope, I still had a little faith in her. I decided to call her one last time; by now its been 1 week before my celebration. RAECHEL said she will email me & give me a call back about the VIP package.
