I read the negative reviews prior to booking, but took a chance an used MBEG anyway. Bad mistake. Booking the limo was easy. I rented the Hummer but was called the day before the event and offered an upgrade to the party bus. I was told it was plush and all decked out. I accepted. The bus arrived. Our driver was great. And that was where the greatness stopped. The bus was FILTHY. The website says the vehicles are cleaned daily. That is a lie. The exterior of the bus was very dirty. The interior was just gross. There were fingerprints all over the windows. The carpet was dirty. The pole in the middle oif the bus appeared to be taped to the ceiling with clear packing tape. There was mildew covering the inside of the ice container, so I had to take time out of my trip to have the driver stop for ice for my guests. There were glasses provided, but they had old napkins in them and party favors in them from a previous ride. Thank goodness I brought glasses with me. I would not have used their glasses on a dare. The bus was so noisy that you cannot even hear others talk until the bus comes to a stop. This was a Christmas present for two of my family memebers. I am embarrassed that this is what I got for my money and FURIOUS that I paid as much as I did for such a substandard vehicle.
