The original limo that came to pick us up was NOT the one that we booked- Jim said that our limo had broken down, so we got a free upgrade! I wasn't too upset about this....BUT he came to pick us up from the reception in a crappy Chevy Cobalt sedan....and guess what...it was broken down at the reception venue! The driver couldn't fix the problem on his own, and had to call AAA, which took a looong time that me and my husband ended up getting a ride from some FAMILY FRIENDS instead of our getaway car. Furthermore, NO ONE ever apologized to us for this!! When I spoke to the owner on the phone, and told him what happened he replied well, cars are machines and sometimes machines break down. Not sorry for your inconvience, no discount, NOTHING. Finally, part of our package was to have them take us to anf from the airport for our honeymoon. I gave our flight information to the company at least 2 or 3 times and they kept saying they didn't have it! I was worried either they would have the wrong time or that the vehicle would be broken down! On the day we were coming back from our honeymoon, the driver called me and said he didn't have the flight information but called the sirport to get it. One of the girls on the bus nealt down on the floor and when she stood up her jeans were wet and black at the knees where she touched the floor...DISGUSTING!!! And on top of all of that, we all had headaches at the end of the night from having to smell the very strong gas fumes coming from the bus. The man driving the bus (Ken) was extremely rude and would just give us very uncomfortable looks every time we would get on the bus...it made us all very uncomfortable.
