Unprofessional! I reserved my bus and never got a call or confirmation email saying everything was set. There was no contract to sign up front (should have been a red flag for me) When I called to inquire they said I would receive something soon (never did). The night before the event someone called after 11pm and asked if we wanted to upgrade to a bus with AC, since I was obviously asleep I called back the next day and asked how much it would be to upgrade. The individual on the phone said $80. I was surprised so said back to him $80?? He said yes so I said go for it. When the bus arrived there was an additional $400 charge. I asked the driver and told him the $80 and he said I would have to take that up with who I talked to and I needed to sign for the bus. With no choice as I had 200 guests who needed to be transported to my wedding I signed for it. Three days after my wedding I looked at my credit card and sure enough there was a $400 charge.
