Our bus had no air conditioning! So, it was really uncomfortable, especially on one side of the bus where the fan didn't reach. We were all sweaty and couldn't wait to get off of the bus. Our driver was fantastic, safe accommodating and very apologetic. The inside of the bus was pretty worn and did not appear very clean. When we called to ask for a modest credit because of the lack of air conditioning, they refused. That's pretty poor customer service. We won't use them again.
