I was completely DISGUSTED when after taking their limo, I found out that they tell you upfront that there is an 18% tip included in the fee however the limo driver NEVER gets that money. So, people are basically thinking that they are tipping their drivers (who really deserve the tips) and the company is keeping their tips and pretending that the drivers are getting the money, when in FACT they are NOT.
