On the Wedding day, we arrived at the Church 20 minutes early for the initial pickup which you were a part of. Pictures were taken & we posted one on our FB page, you all looked amazing. The Bus left on time & If you recall, while in route to the reception there was an unscheduled 25 minute stop at the service station to purchase Liquor and use the Restrooms. When back on the freeway we were forced to pull over again as you left your cell phone in the gas station bathroom. This now put us 30 minutes behind schedule and caused us to be late for our next client pickup scheduled at 8:15 pm. which was booked to fill the time gap in between your sisters first two hour charter and second two hour charter which began at 10pm. We made up some time, but still running 10 minutes late for the first pick up @ the reception. The driver sent a text to your Sister informing her that we would be 10 minutes behind. When the driver arrived there were only six (6) guests ready to leave. He waited until 10:29 pm in hopes to grab a few more guests and left with eight (8) guests. He arrived back 39 minutes later...waited 9 minutes and left with six (6) more guests including an infant He arrived back at the reception at 11:48 pm to 30+ guests waiting to leave since the reception has now ended. (The following is documented on interior video recordings) You were the first to board, stating it's going to get cozy in here so everyone make room, girls on the laps the driver informed you that he can only take a maximum of 18 passengers which visibly upset you. It's understandable, but we can not bend this rule, it's the Law. Your comment this is only your expletive third trip??? it doesn't take 45 minutes expletive minutes to drive to the hotel, YOU should have driven faster this statement is a big contrast to your sisters number one concern that her guests arrive back to their hotel safely, which they did. Upon arrival at the hotel, two of the guests apologized for your drunken actions & comments and later booked a Bachelorette party with us.
