Worst party bus service I've ever had. We had to cancel at the last minute because of an emergency and they charged over $300!! First, they didn't tell us that there was a deposit. Okay, that's understandable. BUT, then there was a cancellation fee. Isn't that what the deposit is for?? Okay, complete scam I know. And we didn't sign a contract so we weren't obligated to pay that second fee(which they did not inform us of). Since they had our credit card info, they took it out anyway.
