When I asked Anne about a possible partial refund since the stereo did not work she told me that she did not know why it did not work for me because it worked when she checked it and there was nothing she could do. Whether it was working or not or the driver did not know how to work it, one would think they would acclimate their drivers to the vehicle they were driving. After that conversation, I did not receive a refund but an extra $50 charge for no reason. When I contacted them about this charge they promised to refund through my PayPal account and then they retracted their refund with their bank a week later. I have tried to call and email them since and they hang up on me or do not answer. This is the most unprofessional business I have ever delt with and I will never use them again. I only wish I had checked on here before making my reservation with them to see I am not the only person they have done this too.
