It took him about 20 minutes to get back to us, which wouldn't normally be that big of a deal but it was raining out and there wasn't much cover from the rain for everyone. Since he was initially 10 minutes late then didn't respond to my first 2 attempts at contacting him to get up, he didn't get the full tip. We allocated about 20-25% for a tip but we only chose to give about 15%.
