I booked it over the phone and when I asked for a total for the whole night I was given a very reasonable rate so I booked it right away and I checked my credit card statement to make sure I was charged the correct amount. At the end of the night the driver handed me my receipt and the total was 200 dollars higher than I had been told on the phone. When I asked about this the driver said I would have to deal with customer service. Talking to their customer service rep was terrible. She was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and actually a pretty big jerk. This company clearly knows nothing about how to treat customers well.
