While we were waiting for the late limo, we called the service to see what was going on and they would not pick-up or return our calls. The limo was filthy with garbage literally overfowing out of the containers and on to the floor. Based on all of this (mostly because the driver was rude), we chose not to give the driver a tip, at which time he cursed at us, very loudly. We contacted the limo service and they have done NOTHING. They refused any sort of refund claiming they still provided a service. The person we spoke to promised he would speak to his manager and would call back, we NEVER received a call back or any sort of compensation for the horrible service we received. We chose using a limo service rather than using the cruise shuttle service because we were taking my husband's parents on a cruise to make their 50th anniversary special, and Onyx Limo completely spoiled this for us.
