I am sorry that on your first attempt our 42 passenger vehicle was booked and by the time you called back the following day our 30 passenger was booked. In our conversation, and all conversations I have with customers, I never guarantee a reservation without a deposit. Any other company in transportation when they are completely booked (including my affiliates) would just state that they are unavailable instead of trying to find ways to assist the client further in their needs.
