I called first thing in the morning on Wednesday at 8am (still no contract) and Mary said to send an email saying I was cancelling because the office didn't open until 9am. Before I could even do that, right after we hung up (with no warning) she had charged my card for the deposit (without me EVER seeing, let alone signing a contract!) and sent the contract at 8:11am (I thought the office was closed?) but apparently not closed enough to run my credit card. I had basically given them a heads up to my cancellation before I could write my email. Definitely being disputed with the credit card company. We were cancelled on just weeks prior to a wedding, and were told they accidentally double-booked the date even though we had booked it a year ago! I guess we were the unfortunate ones who were selected for cancellation.
