Pick-up was a bit of an issue. I don't recall being told a particular pick-up window on ordering, just that someone would call to pick up. Well, Monday morning I got a call at 8:30 saying someone would be by to pick up in about an hour. I told them I had a meeting and wouldn't be home at that time. The delivery guy told me I had a 9am-4pm pickup window that I needed to be available for. (7 hours?! That's worse than the cable company!!!) When I told him I really couldn't be there and couldn't lift the items to leave outside myself, his supervisor called me. I am not exaggerating- the man called me and from the minute I said hello started going off on ME about how they couldn't arrange pick-up to suit my needs and I was supposed to be available during the 7 hour window. He wouldn't even let me get a word in! I had to repeatedly tell the guy to calm down before explaining that I wasn't demanding a particular time, just saying that I hadn't reserved my entire day for pick-up. He finally chilled out and agreed to pick up the next morning.
