I've had a fairly good experience with Sprinter after switching from Chinatown busses. Truthfully I pay the extra $10 or so to be dropped off at Penn and not in Chinatown where I'd usually end up taking a shifty cab to Penn anyway. The free water and better bathrooms are a plus... And so is not having an overbooked bus where you have no idea where to wait, what is going on or why they accuse you of stealing water.... And then stick you next to a backpacker from Argentina (they thought we were together) who wont shut up....But I digress... Back to Sprinter... You may or may not get a bus with outlets... Your Wifi will not work...ever...and sometimes the bus is late. But at least you will know how long the pitstop is (likely more than 10 minutes)...
