I am appalled at the level of service I received from the company. Especially during such a busy season. I reserved a limo with this company on April 20. I was promised a NEW SUPER STRETCH LINCOLN 2012 instead we got an old smokey, urine smelling Ford Excursion and when I attempted to contact the owner; I was cursed out and called derogatory names. I was even threatened to drop off the kids and not take them to their prom.
